I recently had the pleasure of staying at New Citadel in the heart of Jerusalem's Old Town, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. the cleanliness of the rooms and shared areas, including the well-equipped kitchen, was truly impressive, reflecting the team's dedication to maintaining a pristine environment. the highlight for me was the breathtaking rooftop terrace, where I could unwind and enjoy panoramic views of the Golden City, creating a perfect setting for relaxation and reflection. Overall, New Citadel surpassed all my expectations, offering a harmonious blend of comfort, hospitality, and cultural immersion that left me truly delighted and eager to recommend this gem to fellow travelers seeking a remarkable Jerusalem experience.
